knowledge base content writer

A global company is looking for a knowledge base content writer to join the growing team. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for creating knowledge base articles, guides, use cases, and other materials needed for self-service channels.

As a technical content writer, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders -      Product, Marketing, Support - to identify documentation requirements.

  • Produce content for the company knowledge base and      other self-serve channels, including articles for new features, use cases,      and best practices.

  • Edit existing content to make sure it is up-to-date and      accurate.

  • Analyze the content performance based on user's      satisfaction and ticket reduction

  • Deliver top-quality work under tight timelines


  • 1-3 years professional experience in technical or      software products content writing.

  • Native English speaker – Must

  • Active initiator, outstanding verbal and written      communication skills.

  • Passion for writing content to help users succeed      through user-friendly content.

  • Understanding workflows and attention to details.

  • Tech world orientation - an advantage
