An international business group with a longstanding company in the immigration field dealing with visa assistance services and immigration permits to Canada is looking for a new member for the family – a call center manager.

The position includes managing an administrative staff and sales team.

Additional rules will include shift management, goals reaching and trainings.

The position is full-time with an option to advance vertically in the company itself or horizontally in one of the other group's companies (Marketing, finance, technology, and more).

דרישות:

*Experience in English sales in call centers (2 years at least)– a must.

*Experience in managing staff – a must.

*Additional Languages - Advantage.

*A disciplined well-organized person with the ability to manage a P/L unit

*Outside the box thinker who is ready for a challenge and understands his way to develop is stepping out of his comfort zone
