A global leading software- and services-led enterprise provider in the financial, retail and hospitality industries is looking for Help Desk Support.
Provides application support to end-users, customers, andvendors to maintain NCR business processes within those applications areavailable, reliable, and met or exceed the defined operational SLA’s for thoseapplications.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities:

-  Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and connectivity issues remotely

-  Ability to understand & articulate root cause on customer issues

-  Experience with installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals

-  Familiarity with encryption and security tools and triaging within this environment

-  Communicate call trends and challenges in daily team meetings

-  The ability to take on small projects from start to finishKeep Knowledge Base and  process documentation up-to-date

-  Work closely with the team to resolve or properly close aging tickets

-  Manage the individual and ticket queue for the team

-  Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

דרישות:

-  1-3 years of Dev / Ops experience supporting global applications required

-  Familiar with standard ITSM governess processes & procedures (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management)

-  Familiar with standard  IT infrastructure components i.e. servers, networks, peripherals, etc.

-  Familiar with various IT database technologies i.e. Oracle, SQL, PROGESS, etc.

-  Familiar with various IT  development languages i.e. JAVA, PLSQL, SQL, classic ASP, .NET, Python, etc.

-  Proficiency with MS  Office applications
