Chief financial officer (CFO)
Management of the company's finances and finance department (including: financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, analysis of data and financial reporting.
Working directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost–benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and securing of new funding.
Dealing with the Company's Secondary Public Offerings (SPO).
Frequent trips to the USA in order to present the Company to new American Investors.
Handling the Investor Relations department of the Company.
Building and updating Company's presentations to present to new investors.
Previous experience with an international global and public company.
Preferable: experience with Nasdaq traded companies.
Significant advantages: experience with medical companies, experience with hi-tech companies.
Willingness and availability to travel frequently abroad, especially to the US.
